We have a number of appropriate carpet cleaning methods. Whether your carpet is nylon or wool we can tell and apply the proper cleaning approach. We also apply these methods to upholstery cleaning. All of our methods follow the CHAT process:

  • Chemicals

The 10 Step Process

  • 1. Inspection

    Our carpet cleaning process begins with a pre-survey which provides us with the information to provide you with a quote. It also enables us to your carpet type. Such as the type of material it’s made of and how it’s constructed.

  • 2. Colour Testing

    
Colours are then tested to make sure we use the correct cleaning approach and solution for your carpet.

  • 3. Fibre testing

  • 4. Hoover

    We use a powerful commercial vacuum to extract dust and grit, and any other dry soil. It’s easier to remove a lot of soil when it’s dry before we apply any moisture.

  • 6. Spray Pre-treatment
